The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world! John 1:9

Dear friends,

This is the season of true light. A true light that only a savior born in a lowly manager could bring into the world through the miracle of his birth. At AOMH we believe that every child born into this world is conceived in God's love and knit in the sacred place of the womb of its mother.

This season we have two women who have come to us pregnant, in search of a safe place to lay their heads as their baby is growing in their womb. Being pregnant is no easy journey as the body prepares, stretches, and grows to get ready for their precious baby to enter into this world.

These two mothers who entered our program have made a choice to choose the gift of adoption. Not an easy one, but one filled with love. These babies will be born in HOPE and LOVE, as the new adoptive parents will be patiently awaiting the arrival of this gift that will forever change their lives.

It still astounds me when I think about the Hope in the face of an infant child that was born in a manager two thousand years ago is the same light that is shattering strongholds today in the lives of those we touch through this mission.

That kind of LOVE is PROFOUND!

For Unto Us a SAVIOR is Born! Bless you for being a conduit of His mighty LOVE and LIGHT into this world!

May you have a beautiful Christmas filled with hope, love and joy!

W.O.W. (Women of Wisdom) Update

Over the past few months, our WOW ladies have stayed active and connected through chair exercises, Bible studies, and birthday celebrations, strengthening bonds within our Alpha-Omega community.

The WOW program fosters purpose and connection for senior residents, enriching their lives while mentoring young mothers and children, creating a multigenerational community rooted in love and support.

Young Mothers Rising to New Heights Through Education

There has been a sincere hunger for education. Three moms in our GROW program and two moms in affordable housing received their HS diplomas.

We also have a young mom in the Diesel Mechanic program at FCTC and two of our moms are enrolled in higher education at St. Joseph Neighborhood Center.
